This is notice that a public hearing on the tentative budget will be held on Thursday May 20th, 2010 at 4801 S. Sandhill Road, Las Vegas, NV. 89121 at 4:00pm. Explore Knowledge Academy Middle School Golf Team |

Dear Parents/Guardians: Our EKA Middle School Golf Team's season will get underway on April 15, 2010, with our first tournament hosted by Faith Lutheran. Our final tournament of the season will be hosted by Las Vegas Day School on May 11, 2010 (tentative date at this time). EKA will be hosting our tournament at Wildhorse Golf Club on Wednesday, April 21, 2010. See the schedule of tournaments below for more details. We will need parent driver assistance on tournament days (as we cannot fit everyone in both of our cars) and when we host the tournament at Wildhorse Golf Club, we will need volunteer help to make the tournament run smoothly that day. Please let Mr. Keyer or Mr. Takemoto know if you will be able to help. |

*March 26, 2010* *Dear Parents:* * * *Here is your Explore Knowledge Academy Elementary Campus Parent Update.* * * *EKA PTSA flyers are available in the front office of Sandhill or Community Lane with all of their upcoming events.* * * *Spring Break* *Spring break will be March 29th through April 5th. Classes will resume Tuesday, April 6th.* * * *Milk and Frozen Fruit Bars* *Both Sandhill and Community Lane campus=92 are now selling milk and frozen fruit bars at lunchtime. Milk is $.50 and fruit bars are $1.00. * * * *Re-enrollment* * If you plan on your student attending EKA for the 2010-2011 school year we will need your form sent in by Tuesday, April 6th. After Spring break we will start placement for next year. If we do not have your re-enrollment form in by the 6th, we can not guarantee your child a spot.* |
